✨ Summer is coming! Try out this smooth, creamy, melt-in-your-mouth Triple Flavor Almond Jelly recipe made with Greenifi Gelatin!
Ingredients:
🍡 For the Almond Jelly:
220ml unsweetened fresh milk
220ml whipping cream
50g sugar
8g Greenifi Gelatin
10g matcha powder
10g cocoa powder
10g milk powder (or 2 Laughing Cow cheese wedges)
🍹 For the Syrup:
300ml filtered water
100g rock sugar
2 pandan leaves
Additional ingredients: fresh longan, roasted almond slices, chia seeds
Instructions:
Soak Greenifi Gelatin in water for about 5 minutes at a 1:5 gelatin-to-water ratio until fully bloomed. Divide into three equal parts.
In a pot, combine whipping cream, fresh milk, and sugar. Stir well.
Divide the milk mixture into three equal parts and sift cocoa powder, matcha powder, and milk powder into each portion separately.
Lightly heat each mixture, adding ⅓ of the soaked Greenifi Gelatin to each part. Stir until dissolved.
Pour each mixture into molds and chill for at least 3 hours until fully set.
Peel and deseed fresh longans.
In a separate pot, bring water to a boil with rock sugar and pandan leaves. Let steep for 10 minutes.
Once the almond jelly is fully set, remove from molds and cut into small pieces.
Serve the almond jelly with syrup, fresh longans, and roasted almond slices.
