🌟 Main Ingredients:
100ml water
20g Greenifi Gelatin
200g white fish fillet
100g crab meat
1 egg white
A pinch of salt
2 tbsp sake
1 tsp sugar
1-2 tbsp cornstarch
🔥 How to Make It:
1️⃣ Remove any bones from the fish and freeze the fillet for about 2 hours.
2️⃣ Soak Greenifi Gelatin in water for 5 minutes.
3️⃣ Blend the frozen fish fillet with crab meat, soaked gelatin, seasonings, and cornstarch for about 10 minutes.
Place the blended mixture in the freezer for 1 hour, then take it out and blend again for 3 minutes.
Freeze the mixture for another 30 minutes, then blend for 2 more minutes.
4️⃣ Spread the mixture thinly on a tray and steam for 10 minutes.
5️⃣ Lightly coat the surface with a thin layer of egg and annatto oil for color, then steam for another 5 minutes.
6️⃣ Roll the surimi into shape and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
