  • 325ml water

  • 1g salt
  • 20g palm sugar
  • 5g dried osmanthus flowers
  • 15g goji berries

Instructions:

  1. Soak Greenifi Gelatin in 125ml of water for 5 minutes.
  2. Simmer goji berries and dried osmanthus flowers in water over low heat for 10 minutes.
  3. Add palm sugar, salt, and the pre-soaked Greenifi Gelatin, stirring until fully dissolved.
  4. Pour the jelly mixture into fish-shaped molds and refrigerate for 3 hours until set.
