Ingredients
10g Greenifi Gelatin powder
10g Agar powder
400ml water
50g sugar or sweetener of your choice
Cooking oil, a dropper bottle, 1 bowl of ice water, a glass jar with a lid

Instructions
Soak Greenifi Gelatin in water at a 1:5 ratio for about 5 minutes until it swells evenly.
Mix the agar powder with sugar.
Place a pot on the stove, add the soaked Greenifi Gelatin, water, agar powder, and sugar. Set the heat to low and stir continuously until the mixture completely dissolves.
Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, then turn off the heat.
Stir the mixture until it cools slightly, then pour it into a pre-prepared bottle with holes.
Add half a teaspoon of oil into the ice water bowl. Then, drop the agar mixture from the bottle into the ice water. The drops will form round shapes, solidifying and falling to the bottom of the bowl.
Wash the tapioca pearls again and place them in a glass jar. Store in the fridge for later use.
