🌈As summer approaches, Greenifi Gelatine's kitchen brings you a refreshing recipe that also helps maintain a slim figure effectively. In just 10 minutes, the fragrant and cool Keto Silken Tofu Dessert with golden chrysanthemum is ready for you and your family. Let's get started right away 👇🏻
🧑🏻🍳Ingredients:
1 pack unsweetened soy milk (about 220ml)
50g + 30g keto-friendly sugar
2g Greenifi Gelatine powder
250ml water
3-4 Jasmin flowers
1 edible gold leaf (optional for decoration)
A pinch of salt
🧑🏻🍳Instructions:
Soak 2g Greenifi Gelatine powder in 10ml water to soften.
Bring a pot to heat, pour in the soy milk and add 30g keto-friendly sugar. Bring to a gentle boil, then turn off the heat.
Add the softened Greenifi Gelatine powder to the pot and stir gently until fully dissolved.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until the tofu sets completely.
While waiting for the tofu to set, heat 50g sugar with a pinch of salt and the prepared water. Let it cool, then add the golden chrysanthemum flowers.
Once the tofu is completely set, scoop out portions into bowls and pour the sugar water and chrysanthemum over it.
Garnish with a bit of edible gold leaf and enjoy.
** Note:
Choose thick and creamy soy milk or blend fresh soy milk with soft tofu and strain it for a richer silken tofu dessert.
Based on preference, ginger can be added to the sugar water to create a warm and soothing flavor when served.
The dessert is best enjoyed cold and can be topped according to your preference.
