Dough:
- 150g milk
- 25g sugar
- 3g yeast
- 250g flour
- 7g oil
- 2g salt
Instructions
A. Filling:
- Soak gelatin in water.
- Blend salted egg yolks into a smooth mixture, then gently heat and add the soaked gelatin.
- Chill the filling for about 1 hour until firm.
B. Dough:
- Activate the yeast with milk and sugar.
- Knead the dough for 15 minutes and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into equal portions.
C. Assembly:
- Roll out each dough portion, place a filling ball in the center, and seal tightly.
- Let the buns rise for 15 minutes.
- Steam the buns for 10 minutes over medium heat.
