🧑🍳Ingredients:
5g Greenifi Gelatine
28g sugar
13ml lemon juice
100ml water
Half a loaf of unsliced sandwich bread
140g pureed mango
100g diced mango
100g whipping cream
150g white fondant
2 drops of yellow food coloring
1 drop of orange food coloring
3-5 strawberries
6 black sesame seeds
🧑🍳Instructions:
Simmer the pureed mango with 18g sugar and 3ml lemon juice to make mango jam, then let it cool.
Soak 2g Greenifi Gelatine in 10ml water for 5 minutes, then melt it.
Whip the whipping cream until soft peaks form, then fold in the mango jam and melted Greenifi Gelatine.
Hollow out the inside of the half loaf of sandwich bread and fill it with the whipping cream mixture up to one-third of the hollowed space.
Spread a thin layer of fresh mango over the whipping cream mixture and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
Divide the white fondant into three parts (100g, 40g, 10g) and add yellow, orange, and no coloring (white) respectively.
Roll out the yellow fondant and wrap it around the strawberries to create the chicken bodies. Use the orange fondant to make the legs and beaks, and the white fondant with black sesame seeds for the eyes. Make about 3-5 chickens.
Soak 3g Greenifi Gelatine in 15ml water for 5 minutes.
Heat 75g water with 10ml lemon juice and 10g sugar, remove from heat, then add the soaked Greenifi Gelatine, stir well, and let it cool.
Pour the lemon mixture into the bread and let it set in the fridge for about 2 hours.
Once set, decorate with the chickens, and fresh mango, and enjoy chilled.
