☀️As summer approaches, what could be more ideal than enjoying a slice of rich and creamy butter mousse, cool and refreshing, infused with the aroma of matcha, with loved ones during afternoon teabreak.

🧑🏻🍳Ingredients:
200g avocado
100g whipping cream
10g matcha powder
80g sugar
200ml unsweetened fresh milk (recommended: Long Thanh milk, Da Lat milk, Vinamilk... for delicious flavor)
5g Greenifi Gelatine powder

🧑🏻🍳 Instructions:
Soften Greenifi Gelatine powder in water.
Divide whipping cream into two parts: 30g and 70g, then whip with 30g and 50g sugar respectively.
Crush avocado and warm with 100ml fresh milk, 3g matcha powder.
Add softened Greenifi Gelatine powder (3g) into the mixture, stir well, strain, and gently fold into 30g whipped cream.
Pour into mold, and let the cake set slightly for about 2 hours.
Warm 100ml fresh milk with remaining Greenifi Gelatin powder.
Add matcha powder to the mixture, stir well, strain again for smoothness, then gently fold into 70g whipped cream.
Pour over the initial cake mixture gently to create a matcha layer on top.
Let the cake set completely in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours.
Dice the remaining avocado into small pieces and decorate on top.
