🍨Plum season is here, and on this festive occasion, let's try making an adorable and easy-to-make plum parfait pudding - guaranteed to be a hit!

🧑‍🍳Ingredients (3 servings)

Plum jelly layer:

  • 5g Greenifi Gelatine
  • 150ml water
  • 75g plum syrup (60g for jelly + 15g for serving sauce)
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 10 plums

Milk cream jelly layer:

  • 100ml Dalat Milk fresh milk
  • 100ml whipping cream
  • 7g Greenifi Gelatine
  • 20g sugar

 

🧑‍🍳Instructions

- Soak 5g Greenifi Gelatine in 25ml water for 5 minutes, then melt it.

- Mix 60g plum syrup with 150ml water and lemon juice, then add the melted Greenifi Gelatine and mix well.

- Pour the mixture into glasses about 4-5cm high (enough for about 3 glasses). Refrigerate for about 2 hours.

- Soak 7g Greenifi Gelatine in 35ml water for 5 minutes, then melt it.

- Mix whipping cream with sugar, fresh milk, and warm the mixture.

- Add the melted Greenifi Gelatine and mix well.

- Once the plum jelly layer has set, pour the milk mixture on top and refrigerate for about 3 hours.

- When all layers are completely set, drizzle plum syrup on top. Slice fresh plums and arrange them as decoration on top.
