CHRISTMAS TREE PANCAKE - JOYFUL DELIGHT FOR GATHERING PARTIES

Pancake is a favorite dish for many kids! This Christmas season, let’s make a “Pancake Christmas Tree” with Greenifi Gelatin to brighten up your kids’ dessert table 🎉✨
🍬 Ingredients
- 10g Greenifi Gelatin
- 100ml water
- 50g strawberry jam
- 150ml whipping cream
- 30g sugar
- 1 pack pancake mix
- 1 egg
- 20g matcha powder
- 150ml filtered water
- 20g unsalted butter
- 5-7 strawberries
🍬 Instructions
- Soak Greenifi Gelatin in water until fully bloomed, then melt it.
- Add strawberry jam, mix well, and pour the mixture into a round mold. Chill in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Mix 1 pack of pancake mix (according to the instructions on the package) and add matcha powder. Cook pancakes using the prepared butter.
- Let the pancakes cool for at least 1 hour.
- Use round cutters to shape the pancakes into decreasingly smaller circles to form a tree. (If you cooked pancakes in smaller circles initially, skip this step.)
- Remove the strawberry jelly from the mold and cut it into small pieces (size optional).
- Wash and slice the strawberries, leaving one whole for the tree topper.
- Whip the cream with 30g of sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Assemble the tree in this order: pancake layer - whipped cream - sliced strawberries on the edges and strawberry jelly in the middle. Repeat until you’ve used all the pancakes, placing the whole strawberry on top as the tree topper.
