Imagine soft layers of Sam-pa biscuits soaked in fresh orange juice, delicately layered with mascarpone cream and a tangy-sweet mango puree, topped with fresh mango slices. Ingredients:

  • 200ml fresh orange juice

  • Sam-pa biscuits

  • 250g fresh mango puree

  • 100ml fresh milk

  • 20g sugar

  • 15g Greenifi Gelatin

  • 100g mascarpone cheese

  • 100ml whipping cream

  • Toppings: fresh mango, kiwi, etc. (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Whip mascarpone until smooth, then whip whipping cream with 20g sugar until fluffy and fold together.

  2. Soak 15g Greenifi Gelatin in 75g water for 5 minutes, then heat until fully dissolved.

  3. Blend mango with fresh milk and mix with the melted Greenifi Gelatin.

  4. Dip Sam-pa biscuits in orange juice and arrange in a mold.

  5. Spread a layer of whipped cream, followed by a layer of mango puree.

  6. Repeat the layers until the ingredients are used up, then refrigerate for about 1 hour.

  7. Before serving, garnish with your choice of toppings: fresh mango, kiwi, chia seeds, etc.
