❗️Are you tired of the traditional tiramisu recipes and looking for something unique? Don’t worry! Greenifi Gelatine brings you a distinctive recipe for tiramisu with soybean tofu, infused with an Asian spirit, featuring a rustic aroma from soybeans and a rich flavor in every bite.

🧑🏻‍🍳Ingredients (4-6 servings):

For the cream:

  • 3g Greenifi Gelatine

  • 280ml whipping cream

  • 30g sugar

  • 180g Mascarpone cheese

  • 24g Japanese soybean powder

For the cake:

  • About 20-30 Ladyfingers (Sponge biscuits)

  • 70ml strong brewed coffee

  • 10ml Rhum Chauvet (or Captain Morgan Black rum)

  • 10g sugar

  • 5g cocoa powder & chocolate flakes, fruit for cake decoration as desired (avoid fruits with high water content)

🧑🏻‍🍳Instructions:

  • Soak 3g Greenifi Gelatine in 15g water for about 5 minutes until fully blooms and melts.

  • Whip the whipping cream until fluffy.

  • Mix Mascarpone cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.

  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the Mascarpone mixture.

  • Add Japanese soybean powder to the cream mixture and mix well.

  • Gradually pour and mix the melted Greenifi Gelatine into the cream mixture.

  • Transfer the mixture into a piping bag.

  • Combine Rhum and ground sugar with coffee to dissolve.

  • Dip Ladyfingers (Sponge biscuits) into the coffee mixture and layer evenly into the mold.

  • Spread a layer of cream evenly over the cake.

  • Repeat the above steps until all biscuits and cream are used up.

  • Refrigerate the cake for at least 2-3 hours to allow the flavors to meld.

  • Mix soybean powder with cocoa powder and sprinkle on top of the cake. You can also garnish with chocolate flakes or prepared fruit.
